The following questions are designed to help us determine a suitable match between a Trucolorz puppy and you. If you have additional information that you would like to tell us, please use additonal paper--we are very interested in anything you'd like us to know. Feel free to use separate pieces of paper for your answers--you needn't try to squeeze the answer between the line. We want as much information from you as you care to give. If so, tell us about your experiences with your dog/dogs. If not, how familiar with the breed are you, and why are you choosing a BC? 3. Describe your method of training a dog. Do you feel capable of meeting a young puppy's needs? Do you have the time needed by a young dog? 4. Besides Border Collies, what kinds of dogs have you owned in the past? Have you ever given a dog to a shelter or pound for disposal? Have you ever had a negative experience with a dog? 5. How much time will you spend with the puppy each day? Describe an ideal day with your Border Collie. 6. What canine activities interest you? Breeding? Obedience? Conformation? Agility? Flyball? Tracking? Herding? Other? 7. What are the ages of children in your household? Is any family member allergic to animals? Does any member of the family have special needs? What are the ages, gender and breeds of other dogs in your household? Do you have other pets, such as ferrets or cats? 8. Have you made a commitment to another breeder or put a deposit on a puppy or litter with another breeder? 9. Where will the dog sleep at night? Do you have a large, fenced yard to keep a dog secure? Do you hike, bike, ride or run for pleasure? Would the dog go with you? How long will your Border Collie be alone each day? 10.
